My Journey and Experience
My career has spanned dynamic industries, including packaging, distribution, aerospace, and metals manufacturing, where I’ve had the opportunity to work in General Management, Sales, Business Development, and Strategic Planning. As I transitioned through these roles, I discovered a passion for broad, cross-functional collaboration— and an inch-deep, mile-wide approach that has sharpened my skills as a curious generalist.

•Negotiated nearly $1Bn in long-term supply agreements. •Led or participated in efforts to secure over $100M in funding for CapEx and government grants. •Actively led the introduction of over 50 new products. •Directly supervised over 20 team members in my career. Was in charge of a 23-person Sales department during my tenure as Vice President of Commercial Activities. •Led the acquisition of the legacy “Viking Metallurgical” facility in Verdi, NV: Weber’s first-ever site expansion. •Guest Speaker at MHI Aerospace’s 2015 Supplier Symposium. •Have led or moderated close to 10 workshops and conferences. •Led Weber’s 2023 Fall Board of Directors meeting. The first time by a non-CEO of the company. •Secured a $2.5M/10-year tax abatement with the State of Nevada, presenting Weber’s application to Governor Joe Lombardo and the council for the Governor’s Office of Economic Development. •Regular contributor to FIA Magazine and have been quoted by Jane’s Research
In 2020, I led a small group of Pepperdine alumni in crafting a Call to Action accompanied by over 200 signatories. The letter was addressed to University leadership imploring them to raise awareness for the deteriorating humanitarian situation that was taking place in the Republic of Artsakh.
